knit kits include the knitting pattern or pattern set, recycled yarn, custom hand-dyed to go with the pattern(s), and button(s) for the bracelets and cuffs. details can be found with each kit description.
full skeins of yarn can be purchased without the patterns, and patterns are also sold separately - see the pattern page for all of them.
all clocks are printed on recycled fabric of some kind - sheets, clothing, or unwanted fabric pieces/scraps.
there are 2 prints - one is a linoleum block carving (6inch diameter), the other is a hand-carved stencil printed through a screen (6.5inch diameter).
fabric face sizes vary - if you need a specific size for your clock project, email me to find the right size. i can custom make a bigger one or different kind of fabric too.

all knit kits include the pattern(s) and yarn that was unraveled from old clothing
or bought second-hand, and dyed with non-toxic food dyes.
the yarn should be kindly treated like any wool, hand-washed in cold water.
about pdfs:
you have the option of getting your knit kit with a pdf instead of the printed pattern/booklet.
the advantages of the pdf are that you'll get it sooner, you can save paper by only printing the pages you need,
and you can view it on any computer if you save it in your email.
the disadvantage is that the kit will no longer be all packaged together as a kit, with my printed booklet,
so if it's a gift, you probably don't want to choose pdf.
the file will be emailed to the address i get with your order, within 24 hours of payment or sooner.
10 yard cuff kits
get a mini-skein of hand-dyed variegated recycled yarn, a pair of vintage/recycled buttons to match,
and the ten 10 yard cuffs pattern set. a standard kit comes with yarn+buttons for 1 cuff - you can also add more
yarn/button sets without patterns to make more, or you can choose a 3 cuff kit or the ultimate 10 cuff gift kit!
you'll need a pair of knitting needles size 8-10ish (10 for tight knitters, 8 for loose knitters).
shipping is included in all cuff kit prices.

the ultimate 10 cuff kit comes with 10 mini-skeins (mostly different, but there may be a few duplicates),
each with its own matching pair of vintage/recycled buttons, the 10 cuff pattern booklet,

bracelet mini-kits
these come with 4 yards of hand-dyed recycled yarn, a piece of contrasting recycled yarn
for decorative stitching, a vintage/recycled button, and the pattern for this simple bracelet.
you need a pair of knitting needles (somewhere around size 8).

twisted red citrus mitts kit
this skein started out as a strand of white wool and a strand of red angora blend,
which were spun together, then dyed with red, yellow, and orange, and a few little bits of blue.

this unwanted "yarns brunswick" brand yarn was found at a craft thrift store.
it was then dyed with kool-aid, striping bold peppermint red with the natural un-dyed white.
